Carmen V. Muñoz
Carmen V. Muñoz is the Founder and Principal of Puerto Rico Talent Network; she is a strategic partner connecting Puerto Rican professionals across the island and global diaspora with mission-driven organizations building Puerto Rico’s future.
After 28 years in Silicon Valley, she returned to Puerto Rico with a renewed commitment to strengthen the professional and innovation landscape. Carmen has an extensive professional network in Puerto Rico and the US mainland, deep on-the-ground market insight, and experience in the high tech industry giving her the ability to engage high-impact talent aligned with growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Carmen connects high-growth organizations in Puerto Rico to the right talent and nurtures those relationships through a highly personal approach. She partners with companies to understand their needs deeply, engages potential candidates thoughtfully, and emphasizes trusted relationships and organizational capacity building to create clear pathways for professionals to contribute meaningfully to Puerto Rico’s economy.
